Troubleshooting webmail login (Europe) [NB]

Webmail is available only for European customers.

If you are unable to log into webmail, check whether you configured a forwarder. If you have configured a forwarder, webmail will be blocked. If you want to use webmail, remove the forwarder.

  1. On the left menu of the Back Office click Settings and from Website Settings choose Domains & Emails.
  2. Click Emails.
