Viewing your store activities [NB]

See an at-a-glance overview of the activity in your store, including when orders are placed, paid and shipped.

  1. On the left menu of Back Office click View notifications.

To receive emails notifications of shop activity

  1. On the left menu of the Back Office click Settings and from General Settings choose Account.
  2. From Account Settings enable Email shop activity. You will then receive an email every four hours of the recent activity in your online store, such as new tickets.
  3. Enable Email new orders to receive email notifications of new orders.
