- On the left menu of Back Office click View notifications.
To receive emails notifications of shop activity
- On the left menu of the Back Office click Settings and from General Settings choose Account.
- From Account Settings enable Email shop activity. You will then receive an email every four hours of the recent activity in your online store, such as new tickets.
- Enable Email new orders to receive email notifications of new orders.
