Message field on the customer service page

General email address

When you navigate to GENERAL > Settings > General > Company in the left menu of the back office, you have the option to enter a general and a service email address. Enter the email address you want to use for the contact form or customer support page. It will be invisible to your customers, so you can enter a private email address here.


  1. Navigate to GENERAL > Setting > Advanced in the left menu of the back office.
  2. Under the heading Account & service there is an option called Contact form. Select the option Disabled in the drop-down menu. 
  3. Click on Save.
