Unable to select a shipping method in the checkout

If your customers do not see shipping methods listed in the checkout area, there may be three causes:

  1. You have not created any shipping methods through GENERAL > Settings > Country settings > Shipping methods in the left menu of the back office.
  2. You have not created a shipping method for their country of origin. For every shipping method you will have to select the countries for which it is valid.
  3. Weights have not been properly set up. Shipping methods use weights. If products separately or collectively exceed the weight class of a given shipping method, your customers will not be able to select it.
