If your customers do not see shipping methods listed in the checkout area, there may be three causes:
- You have not created any shipping methods through GENERAL > Settings > Country settings > Shipping methods in the left menu of the back office.
- You have not created a shipping method for their country of origin. For every shipping method you will have to select the countries for which it is valid.
- Weights have not been properly set up. Shipping methods use weights. If products separately or collectively exceed the weight class of a given shipping method, your customers will not be able to select it.
